Workshop: Perserverance

People often ask me, Esther how do you do it? How do you keep going? Don't you ever get tired? Do you just want to say enough is enough? Of course, I do and sometimes I hang my head and cry, and say poor girl you're going to die. And then the Joy of the Lord, my strength and shield stands up inside of me and says get up and get going.

I just think next. Just keep putting one foot in front of the other. I maybe a late bloomer in somethings, but I know if I just don't quit it will come to pass.

Ben & I started a Lawn Care and Cleaning Service in Fla. years ago and it became a success in a matter of months. We were dead broke and had to use old beat up equipment to get started. We just keep fulling one contract after the other until one day. We went shopping and bought all new equipment, all of the same color, and brand name. We would drive up to our sites with our employees and start our jobs.

All eyes were widely stretched and mouths filled with questions: How did you do that? We've been in business longer than you have and we don't have the "gravy" accounts that you have?
Well, how did we do that? "
1."We thought right towards people"
2. "We tried to treat others the way we wanted to be treated."
3. "We listened to our customers and tried to satisfy their wants."
We are pursuing other avenues now because of "Life Events", but I'm determine to believe that if the formula worked once it will work again.
